Changed your mind? Return any unopened item within 30 days of delivery for a full refund to your original payment method. No restocking or processing fees.
Opened your lashes and they don't suit you? Because lashes are a hygiene product, we can't restock a pair that's been worn. But we won't leave you stuck with lashes that don't work for your eye shape: contact us within 30 days and we'll swap you to a style that suits, or give you store credit for the full amount. Arrived damaged or faulty? We'll replace it urgently at no cost to you, or refund you if you prefer.
