* These dates are set by our couriers, please note that as with anything in life, delays do happen, and we cannot guarantee that delivery will take place as expected.
We pride ourselves on our quick service and fast delivery. When you order with Witchy Lashes you can expect same business day dispatch on Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays if you order before 1PM & next shipping day if ordered after 1PM.
To adapt to a change in customer demands, we currently only ship orders on Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays.
All of our parcels are lovingly picked up by our local Australia Post outlet (We are located just south of Sydney). Australia Post is the most reliable network that we have worked with, and our parcels usually arrive within 1-4 days after dispatch.
Shipping is Free when you shop over $65, and you can upgrade to Express Post for just $6!

We will always ship to the address that you've provided, please note if you have entered the wrong address we won't be liable for any extra charges that may incur as a result.
You will always receive a delivery confirmation email with your tracking details so that you can keep an eye on your parcel before it arrives.

Please note we cannot refund any parcels that didn't arrive on time or were sent to the wrong address. We will always do our best to get them to you as soon as possible, but this isn't always within our control.
