Witchy Lashes offers standard and express delivery within Australia, New Zealand, the USA, and internationally. We dispatch orders Monday, Wednesday and Friday. Order before 1PM AEST for same-day dispatch. Every parcel ships via Australia Post from our base just south of Sydney.

📦 All orders include tracking. You'll receive a confirmation email with your tracking number once your order has shipped.
⏱️ Delivery timeframes are estimates, not guarantees. Once a parcel is with the carrier, transit times are outside our control, but if your order is running late, contact us and we will investigate with Australia Post.
📍 Please double-check your delivery address at checkout. We ship to the address you provide, and we are not responsible for parcels delivered to an incorrectly entered address. If a parcel is returned to us because of an address error, we are happy to reship it, but the new postage cost is yours.
🛃 International orders: any customs duties, import taxes or brokerage fees charged by your country are your responsibility and are not included in our prices or shipping fees.
