Video tutorial coming soon
Hi, I'm Marcha. Our Magic system is the easiest way to apply lashes — no magnets, no messy glue, just a smooth adhesive pen that holds all day. The clear option means zero eyeliner skill needed. If you've never successfully applied lashes before, this is the system that will change that. Not sure which style suits you? Take the eye shape quiz →
What you'll need
Just three things.
Before you start
Two minutes of prep can save a lot of frustration.
- Start with clean eyelids. Oil is the main reason adhesive liner won't grip properly. Use a gentle cleanser and let your skin dry fully.
- Skip oil-based moisturiser. If you use one, keep it away from the lash line on lash days.
- Measure and trim if needed. Most of our lashes fit without trimming, but if yours are a little long, it's a quick fix — just cut a small amount off the outer edge. See our trimming guide below.
- Check the lash direction. Shorter fibres go at the inner corner, longer fibres at the outer corner. If it looks off, swap sides.
- Give your liner a quick shake. This keeps the formula mixed and ready for a smooth, even application.
- Use a mirror at chin level. Looking down helps stretch the lid and makes placement much easier.
Step-by-step
Apply your Magic Pen liner
Draw the liner along your lash line, starting from the centre of the eye and working outward. Then go back and line from the centre to the inner corner. Make the line about as thick as the lash band.
Relax the band
Before placing your lash, wrap it gently around your finger to soften the band. This helps it curve to your eye more naturally and feel more comfortable all day.
Press the lash into place
Start near the inner corner and work outward. Press the lash band firmly onto the liner — you'll feel it grip immediately. No waiting for anything to dry.
Press, blend, done
Run your fingertip along the band to secure it. For a softer finish, gently pinch your natural lashes and the false lashes together.
How to remove and care for your lashes
With proper care, your lashes can last 40+ wears.
Removal
- Gently pinch the outer corner and peel the lash off in one smooth motion
- Don't pull straight down — work from the corner
- Clean your lid with micellar water to remove any remaining liner
- Wipe the lashes with a damp cloth — water only, no soap or cleanser
Care
- Always store your lashes in the tray they came in
- If you notice adhesive buildup on the band, gently clean with a damp cotton bud every few wears — avoid oil or micellar water on the lashes as this will break down the adhesive
- Avoid submerging your lashes in water — use a dry lash brush to keep them looking fresh
- Properly cared for, your lashes will last 40+ wears
How to trim your lashes
It's easier than you think — one cut and you're done.
Hold the lash against your eye
Place the lash against your lash line. If the outer edge overhangs past where your lashes end, it needs a trim.
Trim from the outer edge
Cut a small amount off the outer edge until the lash sits comfortably along your lash line.
Troubleshooting: the most common fixes
If something's not working, the fix is probably here.
My lashes won't hold
This is rare, but for a small percentage of women it can be caused by oily lids. Clean the skin with any cleanser, pat dry, and apply a light setting powder before your liner. Also make sure you're applying 3 coats of liner — first pass for the line, then two quick once-overs to build the product. It's fast because the liner dries quickly.
The corners keep lifting
Your lash band may be slightly too long. Trim a small amount off the outer edge until the lash fits comfortably. If the issue persists, it may be that your brow bone is pressing down on the lash, which can happen with deep-set eyes. In that case, a different lash style may be a better fit.
The lashes feel uncomfortable
It's usually a sizing issue. The lash should begin about 1cm from the inner corner. If it sits too close, it can poke.
Can I wear these lashes without any natural lashes?
Yes. The adhesive holds the lash on your eyelid skin, so natural lashes aren't needed. The clear Magic Pen is especially great for bare lids — invisible application with no visible liner. See the section above for bare-lid tips.
How long do they last per wear?
12+ hours with proper application. Our Magic Pen is designed for all-day hold.
How many wears do I get from one pair?
40+ wears with proper care. If you notice adhesive buildup on the band, gently clean with a damp cotton bud every few wears. Avoid oil or micellar water on the lashes — it breaks down the adhesive. Store them in the tray between wears.
Can I wear mascara with these lashes?
Yes — on your natural lashes before applying. Never on the false lash itself, as it damages the fibres.
How do I trim these lashes?
If the lash overhangs past your lash line, trim a small amount off the outer edge. Most lashes fit without trimming, especially the invisible band styles.
How do I know which lash is left and which is right?
The shorter fibres always go at the inner corner (near your nose) and the longer fibres at the outer corner. If the lash looks like it's angled the wrong way, you've got the left lash on the right eye — just swap them.
What's the difference between Magic and Magnetic?
Both systems use a pen liner that you draw along your lash line — the application is almost identical. The difference is the liner formula: magnetic liner uses iron oxides that attract magnets on the lash band, while the Magic Pen uses a pressure-sensitive adhesive that works with any lash. Magic lashes are lighter (no magnets), and the clear option means no visible liner. Read the full comparison →
I'm a complete beginner — which kit should I start with?
Start with the Natural Lash Kit. It contains 3 natural lash sets that suit all eye shapes — no guesswork needed.
