I was concerned that mid-event my lashes would fall off or detach in the corners, but I was very pleasantly surprised that they were well secured even by the end of the night! Much easier to apply than messing around with glue which, a few times before, has failed and then I was left with glue gunk to try remove. I would love it if you made some smaller “individual” lashes so we can adjust the length and effect to our liking.
Absolutely love the product. There was a bit of delay in the shipping however so easy to apply. Using the magnetic lashes is more time friendly than using the normal glue lashes.
Undergoing chemo is making me a bit of an expert on falsies. The free set of lashes are good surprising good quality in terms of the lashes. The glue pen is not fantastic and I reverted back to my trusty "duo" glue. The lashes did require a bit of "work" at the start to get them to curl to fit my lids. The first two wears they kept popping off on the ends as the band is a bit stiff. After a few times of rolling them to get a good curve they've now stayed all day and even received a compliment on my lashes today.

We're really glad they've settled in beautifully for you after a few wears. The band does soften with use, and your tip about rolling them to build the curve is spot on, we should be sharing that more! On the liner, we've since released our Double Bond Liner pen which is a completely different formula, smooth, zero dry time, and much easier to work with than the old glue pen. The order was quite delayed which meant we didn't get it in time for an event, but Marcha helped to sort it still, thank you. The lashes themselves are great - a little fiddly still but definitely durable and look good
Do I live the lashes, yes. But as someone who used to buy from them when the business first started, im disappointed in the current service. I live a couple of streets away, I waited weeks for my order. I paid, money was taken, a date for delivery was given, that date came and went, as did another week. In this time I tried making contact 7 times to find out why my money was taken but they hadn't even started processing the order let alone even sent it. I had checked feedback and saw many people are having the same experience, so clearly wasn't just a mistake with me. Eventually I contacted my bank to try get my money back, within moments of my bank getting involved I got an email saying my order is being packed. I feel ridiculous for recommending these lashes to people when they clearly don't care about their customers anymore. There was no communication or response from any of my contact attempts despite their page saying you would hear back within a few business hours. Customers would have to become a priority again for me to want to purchase again. Or be willing to wait weeks with no communication. Pity because the products are the best I've tried.

During that period I was dealing with some personal circumstances that meant orders weren't going out as quickly as they should have been.
