Don't love it? Swap it!

Buying something online that doesn't suit you is the worst... So we've made it easy for you to get perfect lashes without the risk. 
Purchase the lashes you think will best suit you, and if they arrive and you're not happy with them, we will swap them for something you'll love. 
And the best part is, you can easily submit your return request online. 

Return Qualifications

  • Returned packaging must be neat and clean
  • All Transfer Seals are intact (a small black sticker that frays when your lashes have been opened)
  • Due to sanitation & health regulations, Witchy Lashes cannot accept returns or issue refunds on any used, altered, and/or opened packaging.
  • Returned goods must be received by Witchy Lashes within 30 days of purchase.
  • Mystery Lashes cannot be returned or exchanged as they do not have Transfer Seals on them and they are FREE.
  • In the unlikely event there is a manufacturer defect or any other quality concerns with a product, we will always replace it for you.

Terms & Conditions

  • For returns and exchanges you will receive a store credit.
  • Credits are issued within 7 days of us receiving your qualifying items.
  • Sale Items are not eligible for returns or exchanges.
  • A $5 exchange fee per order applies to cover postage (fee will be applied to your returning credit)

Steps to claim your return or exchange

  1. Fill out our exchange form below. 
  2. Check and send back your unopened lashes.
  3. Once your lashes are checked and approved, your credit will be issued

Damaged or Defective Items:

You can contact our team using the form below or at cs@witchylashes.com.au if you receive any defective or damaged items. Including a photo of the damaged items help us resolve this for you quickly. Please include your order number if you are using a different email to that of your order. 
  • Upon deeming your product as damaged or defective, we will issue you with a timely replacement
  • Concerns should be adressed within 15 days of receiving your product to avoid dissapointment

Order Mistakes?

Please send a photo of your entire order alongside the packing slip to cs@witchylashes.com within 10 days from your order date. Once our team confirms the missing items, we will replace them for you in a timely manner. After the 10 day period Witchy Lashes can deny assistance for missing items.
