Here at Witchy Lashes, we offer a 100% Satisfaction Guarantee, giving you peace of mind that if you don't love your lashes its easy to return them for an exchange or refund. All unopened products are covered by our Satisfaction Guarantee, and you can easily submit your retrun request online.
- Order must be purchased from witchylashes.com.au
- Packaging is neat and clean
- All Transfer Seals are in tact
- Sale Items can not be returned
- Returned goods must be received by Witchy Lashes within 30 days of purchase
Terms & Conditions
- Shipping fees are not eligible for refund. If you receive free or discounted shipping on your order, a $7 fee will apply to cover the inital postage fee.
- There are no fees for exchanges, depending on your items we can offer discounted exchange shipping
- For exchanges you will receive a store credit that you can use towards any new lashes in our store
- Refunds are issued within 7 days of us receiving your qualifying items
Steps to claim your return or refund:
- Fill out our basic returns form here.
- Our customer service team will evaluate your request and get back to you within 2 business days to finalise approval
- Check and send back your unopened goods
- Once your goods are checked and approve we issue your refund
Damaged or Defective Items:
You can contact our team using the form below or at firstname.lastname@example.org if you receive any defective or damaged items. Including a photo of the damaged items help us resolve this for you quickly. Please include your order number if you are using a different email to that of your order.
- If Witchy Lashes deems your product to be damaged or defective, we will issue you with a timely replacement
- To qualify, concerns should be adressed within 10 days of receiving your product
- Replacement products will receive the same shipping service as selected for your original order. Shipping can only be upgraded by additional payment
Please senda photo of your entire order alongside the packing slip to email@example.com within 10 days from delivery. Once our team confirms the missing items, we will replace them for you in a timely manner. After the 10 day period Witchy Lashes can deny assistance formissing items.
