Returns

If you've ordered a lash style that you are not in love with, we will happily exchange it for something you'll love. Please ensure the transfer seal on the back has not been opened & send us an email using the below form with your request.

Once we receive your lashes we will issue a store credit minus a $5 admin fee. We will happily offer lash advice before or after your purchase to help you find the right set. Pop through an email with a photo and some info on the style you would like and we can help you (cs@witchylashes.com.au).

We do not accept liner returns for sanitary reasons, however if you are having issues with your liner please do get in touch and we will do our best to assist & replace if necessary. All product concerns must be addressed within 7 days from the date you receive your parcel, outside of this timeframe we will not be able to assist. 

 

Return Terms & Conditions

  • Returned packaging must be neat and clean.
  • Products must be in original condition.
  • Due to health regulations, Witchy Lashes cannot accept returns or issue refunds on any used, altered, and/or opened packaging.
  • Returned goods must be received by Witchy Lashes within 14 days of purchase.
  • Mystery Lashes cannot be returned or exchanged as they do not have Transfer Seals on them and they are FREE.
  • In the unlikely event there is a manufacturer defect or any other quality concerns with a product, we will replace it for you at our discretion.
  • For returns and exchanges you will receive a store credit.
  • Credits are issued within 7 days of us receiving your qualifying items.
  • Sale or discounted Items are not eligible for returns or exchanges.
  • If eligible for an exchange, A $5 exchange fee per order applies to cover postage (fee will be applied to your returning credit)

 

Damaged or Defective Items:

You can contact our team using the form below or at cs@witchylashes.com.au if you receive any defective or damaged items. Including a photo of the damaged items help us resolve this for you quickly. Please include your order number if you are using a different email to that of your order. 
  • Upon deeming your product as damaged or defective, we will issue you with a timely replacement
  • Concerns should be addressed within 7 days of receiving your product to avoid disappointment

Order Mistakes?

Please send a photo of your entire order alongside the packing slip to cs@witchylashes.com within 3 days from your order arrival date. Once our team confirms the missing items, we will replace them for you in a timely manner. After the 3 day period Witchy Lashes will deny assistance for missing items.
